How we work
Five things we genuinely do, not five things on a careers-page checklist.
Small team, full ownership
There are no committees. The person who builds it ships it. The person who ships it supports it. If a customer has a problem with the feature you wrote, you're the one who answers the email.
Saudi-first, not Saudi-eventually
Every feature is designed for the Saudi market from the start. Arabic-first, ZATCA-aware, Hijri-friendly, Saudi-bank-aware. If you're not interested in the Kingdom's specifics, this is not the right place.
We read every customer email
Engineers do customer support. Not Tier-1 — Tier-3. The bug a customer reports lands in your inbox. This is how we keep the gap between what customers need and what we build as small as possible.
Honesty is a deliverable
We document what doesn't work, what we won't build, and what we got wrong. Code review pushes back. The security page lists our limitations. Don't apply if 'manage perception' is a skill you're proud of.
Long-term decisions
We build for ten-year horizons, not quarterly OKRs. That means less feature churn, more careful architecture, fewer rewrites. If you like writing software you'll be proud of in five years, this is the place.
Open roles
We're not running a public job listing right now — when we hire, it's usually because a specific gap appears. But we always read inbound emails from people who would be a strong fit, and we keep the conversation warm even when we're not actively hiring. Send us a note.
