Frequently asked
Do I need a paid Modarhem plan?+
Yes. Free-tier accounts can't buy promotions. Any paid or complimentary plan is eligible.
What happens when my 30 days end?+
Your listing stays visible for free (as long as public listing is enabled) — you just lose the featured or top-of-category slot. Buy again or extend to renew.
Can I stack Featured and Top of Category?+
Yes. They target different slots (global header vs. per-category). Buying both gives you double visibility.
Are there refunds?+
We don't offer partial refunds. If the listing failed to go live due to a bug on our side, email support and we'll make it right.
